Recruitment and Training Division
The Recruitment Process is divided to 3 steps, Which will go by this order:
Applicant is sending his application, The application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Team along with the Colonel.
If the application has been accepted, The applicant will come to the SAPD HQ to take an interview with the Recruitment Staff
If the applicant has passed the interview, He has to come to the station to receive his badge and uniform.
The person will be hired to the forces as a Probationary Officer
After a period of time, A recruitment staff will do the CTO test to the Prob. Officer (Cadet-To-Officer)
If the Prob. Officer has passed the test, He will be promoted to a Trooper, And will be passed to the hands of the Colonel like the rest of the forces.
Only Probationary Officers and Applicants are under the control of the Recruitment Division.
If the person has failed the test, He will have to wait another period of time untill the high rank Officers will decide that he is ready for the test.
The Prob. Officers could also ask for a test, But if they fail it, The period of time will be longer than usuall.
Note: The time period for the CTO is not defined since it is dependent on the person.
