Dear illegal factions,
After discusion with the Head of Factions we decided about the next points:
- Faction won't pay for the area where they control (gangs doesn't pay for their controlling, the control by using power on other.
- Every illegal faction will earn one free vehicle, 4 doors and low-medium quality (not sultan and etc.)
- Upgrading the area by mappers help (adding objects) will cost in-game money.
- illegal faction will get sale of 10 precent on new vehicles.
