Can I get unmuted over a chat channel in-game?
The Answer: Contact a Administrator + on Teamspeak.
Can I be unmuted from reports or requesthelps in-game?
The Answer: Contact a Supervisor + on Teamspeak.
I want to be unbanned.
The Answer: Make a ban appeal under the ban appeal section.
I want Teamspeak perms.
The Answer: Sit in the waiting room with First_Lastname format with [NEED PERMS]. You can also ask over /am.
An admin abused and jailed me. Can I be unjailed?
The Answer: Report the admin under the 'Report a Staff Member' board at the main screen.
Be sure that you have a valid proof (Fullscreen pitcure or Videdo).
I want to open a mob / illegal faction with my friends, but they dont want to use the TS3.
The Answer: We have nothing to do about your friends, but as long as you show no activty at our TS3 server as well you can not be an offical faction.
You can't talk with your friends at another programs such as Skype as long as admins can not see it.
*Dont add admin into your chatroom at skype, thats invalid step to become offical.
Does the TS3 can be used as IC?
The Answer: Yes, in some rooms such as LSPD Radio or offical mobs IC section, you can talk ICly to your friends such as in /r. However, you have to record in case of robbing or being robbed (Else, any report will be false).
Can i play music?
The Answer: NO. You can play music only at our "Music Room", via Manager permission. You might also follow our Stream Rules.
If i dont sure about something, shall i ask someone before doing it?
The Answer: Of course, you have to ask Lead Admins+ in order to make any unusual step.
I tried to contact a Lead Admin or higher via PM at the TS3, but it says some meesage that i have no access, why?
The Answer: As known, Lead Admins+ are human too (some of them), and like to RP as well as you. Due massive PM's, we accept no PM's at the TS3, in order to privatly contact us - use the fourms only.
