Hi all,
Thanks for your patience during our recent server move. It's been a little bumpier than we thought it would be, but we're past the worst of it.
The actual move of files was quick, it's the followup troubleshooting and connection things that gave us a bit of problems.
So if you're having problems connecting make sure you're using the following shortcuts
SAMP
37.187.173.138:7777
TS
37.187.173.138
If you cannot connect using those then you can try using the direct IP
37.187.173.138:7777
Now if you're still not able to connect send our staff the following
1. Your characters name
2. Your IP address (if you need it go to
3. Any errors you get
4. A screenshot of a traceroute from your computer (see this video for how to do it
