New Event Car Feature:
- Added /veh for Administrators to spawn in cars specifically for events.
- Added Anti-Underscore for all kinds of string.
Minor Changes/Bug Fixes:
- Updated information on /b (OOC Chat).
- Fixed being bugged while using /windows in a Shamal after it blows up.

Executive Club Feature:
- Executive Club Member VIP Rank for Top Donators.
- Executive Members have the ability to own three houses.
- Private Chat for Executive Members to chill with Head Admins and Developers.
- Access to specific chats that ST-RP don't have access to.

Wanted Level:
- You can no longer see how many wanted levels you have in stars.
Fractured Leg Feature:
- FD will now be able to treat broken legs on scene.
- Administrators now have the ability to fix people's legs.
- Administrators on duty or with god mode on will not break their legs.
Minor Changes/Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the Q&A glitch at the tutorial when registering.
- Fixed the faction nametag colors coming on when going on duty via lockers.
- Administrators will now be able to see the speed of a vehicle which they spectate.
